Welcome to Mumbai Self Drive. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following terms:
The renter must possess a valid original driving license and be at least 21 years of age. A valid government ID (Aadhaar/PAN) is required.
Fuel is not included in the rental price. The vehicle is provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Failure to do so will result in refueling charges plus a service fee.
The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, towing, or racing. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental and legal action.
In case of damage, a standard deductible applies as per the insurance policy. The user is liable for damages up to ₹10,000 for standard cars and ₹25,000 for luxury cars. Major damages exceeding this will be covered by insurance, subject to claim approval.
The renter is solely responsible for any traffic challans or fines incurred during the rental period.
