Yes, a refundable security deposit of ₹5000 is charged. This is refunded within 24 hours of car return. Gold and Platinum members enjoy ZERO security deposit.
Our cars are comprehensively insured. However, in case of damage, a standard deductible applies. For major damages, the user is liable for the damage amount up to a certain limit as per the rental agreement.
